Re-Entry Welcome Center

The Reentry Welcome Center is a place where individuals returning home from incarceration can feel welcome and receive support. The Center provides information, referrals, and services such as basic needs; housing; substance abuse/mental health; medical; employment; identification; and so much more. Computer and telephone access is also available.

We were honored to be chosen by Community Partners in Action and the City of Hartford to develop the visual identity for the center.
